XTIERRA Inc. (TSXV: "XAG") is a Canadian based company with its corporate office located in Toronto, Canada. The Company has two development projects and several advanced exploration projects located in the Central Mexican Mineral Belt in the States of Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi.

Xtierra plans an initial surface and underground drill programme on its El Dorado gold project situated in the historic Pinos Gold District of Zacatecas, commencing in January 2010.

Pursuant to an earlier financing agreement between the Company and Pacific Road Resource Funds ("PRRF"), PRRF has an option to provide up to US$32.5 million in project development financing for both the Bilbao and Laguna projects.

The Company plans to become a mid-tier producer of precious and base metals through the development of its Bilbao and Laguna projects, both located in the Central Mexican Mineral Belt in the State of Zacatecas, as well as through exploration success and/or acquisition opportunities.
