XTIERRA Inc. has been created as a result of a merger between Orca Minerals Limited and Antamena Capital Corp. The company is a Toronto-based mining exploration and development company with its shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange with Tier 1 status. The trading symbol is "XAG".

Pacific Road Resource Funds ("PRRF") comprising two Australian-based and one international private equity funds have an option to provide up to US$32.5 million of project construction capital for the Bilbao and Laguna projects.

The Company is focused in the Central Mexican Mineral Belt in the States of Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi, the main centre for Mexican precious metal production. Xtierra plans to become a mid-tier producer of precious and base metals through the development of its Bilbao and Laguna projects. Orca Minerals has been operating in Central Mexico since 2003 and has a dedicated and experienced in-country technical and administrative team based in Zacatecas.
